ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Our policy on unsolicited email is simple: uCANcomplain.com never sends unsolicited commercial emails (“Spam”). If you receive an e-mail from us, either you, or someone with access to your e-mail address, or someone claiming to be you has subscribed, requested the e-mail, or granted us permission. If you did not grant permission, or if you change your mind – we will always honor your wishes or request not to receive further email from us.

For purposes of this policy, “uCANcomplain.com” means uCANcomplain.com, uCANcomplainblog.com, and any other sites or services in connection therewith, including any incoming or outgoing electronic mail servers, auto-responders, or the like, unless expressly excluded or where a separate policy is provided.

uCANcomplain.com makes every reasonable effort to comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act and similar legal frameworks regarding commercial email. We only use permission-based email and make every effort to maintain our lists and keep them current. We never send unsolicited email intentionally to anyone.

If you ever receive an e-mail from us that you did not request, please contact us at the link provided in each e-mail, and you will immediately be removed from future mailings. We will process your request in a commercially reasonable timeframe. The processing of remove requests may be automated and may happen at the time the request is received. You will need to provide the exact address you wish to have removed in order for us to process the remove request. If you continue to receive e-mail from us after requesting removal, please double check the address to which you received the subsequent e-mail and ensure you entered the correct address in your remove request. This Policy describes uCANcomplain.com’s (the “Site”) formal policies with regard to e-mail and related marketing. It is uCANcomplain.com’s policy to never knowingly or intentionally send e-mail that:

  1. Contains false or misleading information in the subject line;
  2. Contains false or misleading information in the message body;
  3. Uses or contains forged or invalid mail headers;
  4. Uses or contains invalid or non-existent domain names, or any domain name from which we are not authorized to send mail;
  5. Is regularly or repeatedly directed to any e-mail address or person that is nonexistent, is forged, exists solely to capture unsolicited e-mail, or to whom we have not received permission to send e-mails;
  6. Uses, accesses, or is in any manner relayed from or through someone else’s equipment, without permission;
  7. Misrepresents, obscures, or hides information that properly identifies the origin and/or the transmission of the message;
  8. Includes deceptive addressing or links to sites with deceptive, malicious, or inappropriate content; or
  9. Violates our Terms of Services.

It is also our policy not to accept e-mail that violates the foregoing. You agree that any e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the Site must not violate the above rules.

uCANcomplain.com does not use e-mail harvesting, mining, or other automated collection of e-mail addresses from the web or other resources, or gather e-mail addresses in any manner that we are not authorized.

Nothing in this policy grants any person any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the Site or services connected therewith.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, there may be instances where you send e-mail to or through the Site or services. Distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (“Spam”) through the Site or using any connected services is strictly forbidden.

You agree that you will not use or attempt to use the Site or services to send Spam, deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to us or our visitors, customers, members, subscribers, or commenters.

As a user, you are also not authorized and agree that you will not use our site or services to collect, compile or obtain any information about our visitors, customers, members, subscribers, or commenters, including but not limited to e-mail addresses. If we detect or suspect unauthorized or improper use is being made of our website or services, we may choose to block messages from any Internet domain, mail server, or IP address, or we may block or terminate any user or account we believe is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

Our failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of our rights to subsequently enforce the policy.

Use of the Site or services is solely for as authorized under this policy or in our sole discretion. Unauthorized use in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, or access to our e-mail servers, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the persons accessing the server or transmitting the e-mail, as well as those paying or otherwise assisting the sender.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to send a one-time electronic invitation or message to join our mailing list or visit our site(s) to people who have presently or previously provided their e-mail to us in exchange for the opportunity to download information, join us on a webinar, or during a purchase of a program or product from us.
