Anti-bullying resources: help, bullying prevention, solutions

How to Prevent and Stop Bullying, and Where to Find Solutions and Help against Bullying?

Cruel and dark. Sadly, this is how victims of bullying feel about the world they live in. They struggle to stop the bullying. But oftentimes only to believe that there is no solution or help for them to fight against bullying.

This is all REAL to them, until and unless an outside source can guide them to the light and help.

In the ideal world, bullying solution starts with the awareness of the bullying situation either by the victim or someone who cares about him/her. Like preventing a health problem, preventing a bullying incident from happening is more desirable than dealing with the aftermath.

Unfortunately, our world is not perfect. Awareness and prevention of bullying are simply not enough. Too often they cannot stop the bullying, nor the unthinkable ultimate aftermath of bullying – suicide.

Ironically, schools – where children are supposedly protected and safe – are where they face the most bullying against them. In worst cases, not only they are being bullied, some can be arrested for defending themselves due to their school’s zero-tolerance policy against fighting.

The following is an expansive list of helpful anti-bullying resources for parents, children, and educators. These resources include: awareness on bullying, as well as prevention, solution, and immediate help against bullying.

This is a great resource. The internet make it so much easier for children to be bullied these days. Cyber bullying can take bullying to a whole new level. Last month I read an article about a girl who committed suicide because girls who were supposed to be her friends, shared pictures of her to social media (of her taking a shower). The girl’s mother came home to her daughter dead from shooting herself on the bathroom floor. There should be legal repercussions for bullying like this. Especially when there is a loss of a life… Great resources, I will pass this on.

What a great resource. My wife and I really struggled when my oldest daughter was in middle school. She went to a small catholic school and really felt like she was being bullied by some of the girls. It was hard to decipher if it was just normal kid stuff, girl drama, or real bullying. Being such a small school we really disappointed that they did not do more about it.
