Our blogs may permit readers to comment, our complaint site will allow you to lodge complaints, provide comments or resources, or otherwise interact with the site, the community, and other users. How We Use Collected Information
The information we collect may be used in a variety of ways, several of which are described below.
Use in Our Business
We will use your information only as permitted by law. Information collected by uCANcomplain.com may be used for general business purposes, including but not limited to administering our website, troubleshooting, monitoring our blog posts, complaint site, discussion groups, forums and the like, processing purchases, maintaining our databases, providing ratings of products or services, administering polls, surveys, contests, free offers, and the like, providing the results of the polls or surveys, and for other communications with you. Certain third parties who provide technical support for the operation of our website (our web hosting service, for example) may have access to such information.
In addition to the uses referred to above, we may use the information we collect to create and maintain User accounts and/or our internal mailing lists and related contact lists (including lists of social media contacts) to provide, maintain, protect, and improve our services (including marketing efforts and advertising services) and develop new services; and to protect the rights, safety, or property of uCANcomplain.com, our users, and/or those of third-parties. Sharing with Third Parties
uCANcomplain.com only shares personal identifying information with other companies or individuals outside of uCANcomplain.com in very limited circumstances. In some instances, information may be shared with third parties under circumstances that are dictated by business or legal needs.
Sales of affiliate’s products or services, if any, advertised on our site will generally be made directly through our affiliate’s site and sales proceeds will be collected through them in which case their Privacy Policy and terms will govern, not our policy or terms.
